NTC to start out issuance of in-service lecturers license Wednesday

The National Teaching Council (NTC) from Wednesday, Might 12, 2021, will start a nationwide certified in-service lecturers licenses distribution ranging from Higher Accra Area and later to different areas in Ghana.

NTC in a press release copied to Educationweb.com.gh mentioned it would at a later date talk particulars of the issuance of the in-service lecturers license in different areas together with the Ashanti Area to members of the general public.

For unprofessional lecturers, the Council mentioned it would after the issuance of the in-service lecturers license award them a short lived license to allow them to improve themselves and sit for the instructor licensure to be certified.

The Instructing Council additionally on request from related stakeholders for lecturers to be given extra time to register for the license on the Instructor Portal Ghana has indefinitely prolonged the Might 7, 2021 deadline.

“Lecturers are to notice that registration on the TPG is step one for certified lecturers to be issued the license. After licensing of lecturers, NTC will register and challenge a short lived license to non-qualified lecturers.”

The Nationwide Instructing Council following the extension of the deadline has urged lecturers to “go to the https://tpg.ntc.gov.gh to register for his or her license.
