2020 WASSCE: 8As Akufo-Addo graduates go to Jubilee Home

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo Friday welcomed 8 out of the 411 2020 WASSCE candidates also referred to as Akufo-Addo graduates and first beneficiaries of the Free Senior Excessive College coverage to the Jubilee Home.

In keeping with a social media submit sighted by Educationweb.com.gh, all of the eight Akufo-Addo graduates had 8As within the fast previous West African Senior College Certificates Examination (WASSCE) for College Candidates.

“On Friday, thirtieth April 2021, 8 out of the 411 “Akufo-Addo Graduates”, i.e. the primary beneficiaries of the Free SHS coverage, who obtained 8As within the 2020 WASSCE have been at Jubilee Home, at my invitation,” Akufo-Addo said.

Report by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) signifies 411 out of the 465 candidates who scored grade A in all topics on the 2020 WASSCE have been college students from Ghana and beneficiaries of the Free SHS coverage.

In keeping with the non-profit-making group, 2020 was the one 12 months 50% of Ghanaian college students scored A1 to C6 in all core topics.
